Derek Powazek: Embrace your bottom!

He's right IMVHO.
Of course many wikis have been doing this for ages.

It's very true that we tend to ignore the bottom of the page, and over-clutter the top. Embracing the bottom is a top (sorry) way of "rewarding" your readers.
